Access to this portal is provided by your appraisal company for the purpose of viewing appraisal order information, documents, and invoices. Your access may be revoked at any time by the appraisal company.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account access with others.
Documents you upload through the portal will be shared with your appraisal company. Do not upload sensitive information unrelated to your appraisal order. Upload limits apply (25 MB per file, 10 files per order).
This portal is provided as-is. AppraVia and your appraisal company are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the portal or reliance on information displayed within it.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.
